How do I know if a photographer is right for my sport?
Each professional lists their sport specialties, and you can view their portfolio filtered by sport type. Look for photographers who have experience in your specific sport and check their client reviews.
How does payment work?
You pay securely through the platform when you book. If the professional requires a deposit, that's charged up front and the remaining balance is charged automatically once they deliver your content and mark the booking complete. Booking, browsing, messaging and delivery are always free for clients.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Each professional sets their own cancellation and refund policy, and it's shown on their profile before you book. Refunds are processed automatically based on that policy and how close to the event you cancel. Many pros also allow rescheduling instead of cancelling — message them directly.
How quickly will I receive my photos and videos?
Delivery time is set by the service package you book and is shown before you pay. Some professionals also offer rush delivery for an additional fee.
Can I request specific shots or moments to be captured?
Absolutely. Add special requests, jersey numbers and coverage notes when you book, then use the built-in messaging to confirm details before the event.
Is my athlete's profile public?
Only if you choose to publish it. Profiles stay private by default. Athletes under 13 cannot publish a public profile at all, and athletes 13-17 need a parent or guardian to approve it by email before it can go live.
