Require a deposit
Direct balance payments only work on bookings with a deposit. The deposit always goes through the platform so every booking stays protected.
Turn on direct balance payments
In Professional Setup, open Payment Settings and switch on Cash App or Venmo for the remaining balance.
Add your $Cashtag or Venmo username
Clients see these on their booking so they can pay you directly. You can add one or both.
Record the payment once received
Open the booking and tap Record Cash App Payment or Record Venmo Payment. The client's card on file is never charged for a balance you've recorded.
